Mortgage Protection Is A Need
By Matias Leiva
Mortgage Protection is a new terminology in the Insurance Industry for Life Insurance.
Its a beautiful product and a NEED out there in todays industry / world. Its a very simple attribute one must add to their household especially with a NON-Medical examination.
Having the ability to protect someone without a medical exam is HUGE, its gives the homeowner a choice right from the beginning to take the non-med product and not take their chances on a medical exam.
So Why Is it A Need Today?
As many of you know, many of the FORECLOSURES across the country are due to death or loss of job in the family household.
So how does Mortgage Protection Help?
Well Mortgage Protection comes in and can offer a homeowner various benefits to prevent them from loosing their home and or over coming family events.
Real quick here are the benefits:
1. Disability
2. Unemployment
3. Death Policy
4. Return Of Premium
5. Critical illness
Also Mortgage Protection covers the HUGE whole that everyone has in their health care. As many are finding out if you have seen the Michael Moore movie you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Mortgage Protection offers a very unique benefit called "Critical Illness". This benefit is AMAZING, what it does is that in the event of one going through a critical surgery-disease-cancer-heart attack and not being able to return to normal duties, you have the privilege of getting a LUMP SUM of anywhere from 25k-250k++ for how ever long you need to recover.
This is something that is not offered in your health care plan or even your disability benefits through works.
